As with all of our current Premium and Ultra- Premium retreats, we are departing from Marietta, Georgia just north of Atlanta. If
you will be flying in, you arrive at Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport Thursday afternoon. Our limousine service
will be waiting to greet and transport you to pick up your motorcycle or on to our starting resort in Marietta. Once you have your
bike and settle in to your new surroundings, you can take the opportunity to enjoy the pool or walk the old Town Square of
Marietta. There is also a great golf course if you choose. Fine dining and entertainment are available on the property. The
Resorts own Hamilton's or The Veranda are outstanding eateries. If you feel like something different, Atlanta's Buckhead area is
very popular with many trendy and exclusive restaurants and shops. We can help you with directions and suggestions or the
concierge will be happy to assist you with the latest information.
Friday, after our pre-ride meeting and breakfast buffet at the resort, we will be spending a relaxing day riding through the
mountains of Georgia and North Carolina. Leisurely travelling approximately 250 miles of some of the finest motorcycling roads
in the United States. Lunch will be scheduled so that you may enjoy a well deserved rest while enjoying some local Barbecue or
one of our local favorites offering you traditional selections of southern specialties. Once back in the saddle, we will continue on
through the historic western North Carolina Mountains. Stopping to enjoy famous waterfalls and fabulous scenic overlooks on the
Blue Ridge Parkway en-route to the well groomed grounds of the Grove Park Inn Resort and Spa. The Resort has been host to
several Presidents and dignitaries over the years. In the last few years, the owners have gone to great expense to expand the
facility and return the existing portions to their original grandeur. The new spa is quickly becoming world renown. The golf course
has been restored to the Donald Ross design. The Grove Park Inn is THE place to go for rest and relaxation. It offers all the
expected amenities for those on the go, pool, tennis, fitness center and more but the real draw is the luxurious accommodations,
fantastic restaurants and superb service. With the addition of the Club Rooms, there is a getaway within the resort. With a
separate, private lounge and larger more luxurious rooms, peace and quiet are yours for the duration of your stay here. Shopping
in Downtown is only minutes away. The restaurants and shops will provide you with many choices while you and your spouse enjoy
the time to reignite your romance or just celebrate being away from the kids or jobs for the weekend.
Saturday, you are invited to join us for a day ride into the surrounding countryside. With many loops available you will be sure to
enjoy some truly beautiful country. Lake Lure and Chimney Rock, Mt. Mitchell and points north on the Blue Ridge Parkway are
but a few of the destinations available to you. However, with the spectacular grounds and amenities of The Grove Park Inn, we
recommend that you and your special someone take advantage of this time to spend together. We can arrange a visit to the spa
or golf course for you and your guest. Evening will provide you with a new set of possibilities. Great Dining with intimate night
clubs and lounges in town give you a chance to step out and enjoy a variety of music or entertainment. Stroll the shops of the local
arts and crafts dealers. Summer evenings bring street musicians and activities to the downtown as well. Want to stay in? Great
Dining or room service is available without having to leave the resort.
Sunday, we say good-bye to our resort and saddle up to make our way back to Atlanta. An early morning ride through the cool
mountain air will leave you refreshed and wishing for more time. To maximize your exposure to our wonderful section of the
country, the route for the day will be scenic and sure to leave a memorable impression on you. You will enjoy historic towns such
as Hendersonville, Brevard, Cashiers and Dillard. A stop at The Dillard House for a country style lunch is a must. Upon
returning to Atlanta, you will be welcomed back at our starting resort. Our group ride will conclude here but your retreat need not
be over. With all of the options for dining, dancing and entertainment right here in Marietta, you can make the most of every
moment. If you are scheduled to depart on Monday we will have your limousine prearranged to transport you back to the Atlanta
Hartsfield-Jackson airport at your convenience and will assist you in returning your rental motorcycle if needed.

Included in your Retreat:
1. Round trip private limo service from the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson airport to the starting resort. This also includes luggage
transportation to the Grove Park Inn Resort and Spa (bring your clubs).
2. Breakfast and lunch each day of the retreat with the group with snacks and cold drinks along the way.
3. Four nights lodging with a private ultra-premium luxury room at each resort including all taxes. (Does not include alcoholic
beverages, phone/internet fees, mini bars or other room options.) Suites may be available for an additional charge.
4. Fuel for the bike you are riding for the duration of the tour
5. Fully guided motorcycle tour with two guides (as needed) to insure your safety and enjoyment.
6. Personal Trip insurance policy with additional medical and travel insurance

7. Digital photographs during the retreat.

Our prices are estimates based on estimated maximum room rates at the time of posting. Holidays and other events can
dramatically change room rates and availability. We reserve the right to update and change retreat pricing at anytime. Your
retreat reservation deposit will guarantee you the best possible rate and will preclude you from an further rate hikes.
The Grove Park Inn is an exclusive resort. It can be extremely difficult to obtain ultra-premium rooms without an advanced
reservation. Resort policy for group rates state that any changes or cancellations must be made no later than 90 days prior to
scheduled arrival. For this reason we have amended our retreat reservation policy for this specific retreat to allow adequate time
to make changes or cancellations.
This retreat must be reserved at least 90 days prior to departure and is subject to availability. A 50% deposit is required. The
balance is due at least 45 days prior to departure. In case you need to cancel, we will not be able to provide a refund for your
accommodations due to resort reservation restrictions. If you must cancel within 90-45 days we will work with you to return as
much of your remaining deposit as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a refund within 45 days of the trip due to
scheduling of the ground transportation, insurance policies and other prepaid expenses.. If you must cancel due to sickness or
other unforeseeable events, your trip insurance policy will be in effect and may offer a remedy. We cannot refund any
transportation expenses or deposits for travel to or from the Retreat origination point.
