Premium Motorcycle Retreats
		Our Premium Retreats are identical in every detail to our Ultra-Premium Retreats with the exception of the room selections. As you might expect, the Ultra-Premiums include the largest rooms with the exclusive amenities that go along with them at each resort. The Premium Retreats offer the exceptional value of a standard room without sacrificing the pampering or attention to details. You still receive world class service and access to all the resorts recreational facilities but the savings can be substantial. All of the rooms at the resorts are great choices. If you don't want or need the Club level rooms or Premium view rooms (where available), this might be a better value for your retreat. Please check with us to see which rooms are available and a list of current pricing for each retreat. Our prices are estimates based on estimated maximum room rates at the time of posting. Holidays and other events can dramatically change room rates and availability. We reserve the right to update and change retreat pricing at anytime. Your retreat reservation deposit will guarantee you the best possible rate and will preclude you from an further rate hikes. The resorts in our current Retreats are very exclusive. It can be extremely difficult to obtain premium rooms without an advanced reservation. The Resort policies for group rates state that any changes or cancellations must be made no later than 90 days prior to scheduled arrival. For this reason we have amended our retreat reservation policy for our resort based Retreats to allow adequate time to make changes or cancellations. These Retreats must be reserved at least 90 days prior to departure and are subject to availability. A 50% deposit is required. The balance is due at least 45 days prior to departure. In case you need to cancel, we will not be able to provide a refund for your accommodations due to resort reservation restrictions. If you must cancel within 90-45 days we will work with you to return as much of your remaining deposit as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a refund within 45 days of the trip due to scheduling of the ground transportation, insurance policies and other prepaid expenses.. If you must cancel due to sickness or other unforeseeable events, your trip insurance policy will be in effect and may offer a remedy. We cannot refund any transportation expenses or deposits for travel to or from the Retreat origination point.
